The Best Way to Decorate Your Sugar Cookies
This is the most economical way to purchase meringue powder that I’ve found so far. The Wilton’s brand at the store is expensive, and half the amount that comes in this bag. It turns out every time, and hardens just enough to be able to stencil on top of the cookies once they have completely dried. There’s no weird taste from the meringue like the Wilton store bought kind. I really like it and will continue to use it.

Super Smooth Consistency!
Hands down, it's the best meringue powder I've used to date! I have seen several reviews about the product being grainy, but have had no issues whatsoever with graininess. I make sure to whisk the powder with water separately until it doubles in size/is a thicker, creamy-like consistency. I also LOVE the fact that it's non-GMO, and I hope at some point that they'll explore getting certified as organic. I promise that once you try this meringue powder, it will become your go-to for all things baking and decorating!

Was nervous to try because I have used another brand for a long time. I made sure to follow the instructions, especially mixing the meringue powder with the water since the texture is grittier than I am used to. Mixing it with the water first worked excellently! My icing mixed up nice and smooth and it tasted great! I also had no trouble mixing my food gels into it. I felt they mixed great. Drying was also good. They dried with a smooth shiny finish. I will definitely be using this meringue powder again. 😊
