With less than 1g net carb per bite, these low-carb pizza bites are easy-as-can-be and are a fun way to spice up your keto snack game. They're also a great snack for the kids, allowing the whole family to choose their favorite toppings, one bite at a time!

Ingredients

1 Package Modern Mountain Keto Pizza Crust

8oz Bag shredded mozzarella cheese
-
1 Package mini pepperonis (or any other toppings of choice!)

Keto-Friendly Pizza Sauce
Directions
Prepare pizza dough by instructions on the package.
Place dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll out with a rolling pin to ~¼ - ½” thickness.
Using a circle cookie cutter or a glass, cut out discs about 3” in diameter. This should give you about 14 pizza bites, depending on the thickness of your dough. Gather dough scraps and re-roll as needed to get to ~14 bites.
Place discs of dough into a muffin pan and bake at 400°F for ~15 minutes.
Remove pan from oven, top each disc with ~1 tablespoon of pizza sauce, cheese, and desired toppings.
Bake in oven for an additional 10-15 minutes or until cheese has melted. Remove from oven, let cool for a few minutes, and enjoy!
