We're tellin' ya - perfect pasta and pizza can have a place in your future with our semolina flour. Golden locks of fettucine and perfectly crisp pizza crust are all thanks to this flour right here. Semolina flour is the gold standard for homemade pasta, pizza dough, and any breads or baked goods calling for high-gluten flour. It helps to keep pasta in shape while cooking and gives breads and crusts that hypnotizing yellow glow. It adds a rich, earthy sweetness when used on its own or when mixed with all-purpose flour.
Our semolina flour is coarsely ground, milled from premium durum wheat, and (as always) all-natural, never bromated, and never "enriched." If all that isn't enough, it also happens to be packed with protein. Now that's a lot of bling in one bag!
